TANNIN FROM FRENCH OAK
Liquid tannin, accentuates the perception of body and volume, contributes to the balance of the wine's structure, raises toasting tones, spicy tones, coffee and chocolate tones. It can be used in training on wood, especially in vessels that no longer have the capacity to transfer tannic components.

0.5 - 2 g/hl white and rosé wines 3 - 10 g/hl red wines
