DEKKER'S YEAST AND BRETTANOMYCES
BRETT STOP is chitosan, a natural polysaccharide particularly effective against Dekkera/Brettanomyces yeasts, it has lethal effects without leaving any residue in the wine. It is completely odorless and tasteless and does not change the organoleptic properties of the wine.
DOSAGE
4 g/hl with a duration of action of 25 days, to shorten the duration of action, increase the dose.
Remove from sludge after 25-30 days.
The maximum dose according to legislation is 10 g/hl.
